Shipping policy

 

New Zealand Shipping Information:

All orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate fee of $10 for delivery to addresses New Zealand wide.

All orders over $100 will receive free shipping to addresses New Zealand wide.

 All New Zealand orders are sent using courier service, the expected delivery timeframe is 1-3 business days.

You will be automatically emailed tracking details for your order once we have assigned a tracking number and it has been picked up and scanned by our courier.

Once your order has left our premises and is handed over to the courier, it is no longer our responsibility. If your package goes missing or is stolen please contact the courier with your tracking details ASAP. Please check tracking regularly to stay on top of this, in the unlikely case that this occurs. We do everything on our end to prevent this happening, including sending all parcels with signature delivery only. 

Because all of our parcels are sent with signature delivery only, someone must be home when your parcel is delivered or you must give authority on the couriers website to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not home. If your parcel is unable to be delivered due to nobody being home, they will either try to deliver it again the next day or you will need to pick your parcel up from your local depot.

International Orders:

These may take up to two weeks to fulfil. Once your order has left our premises and is handed over to the courier, it is no longer our responsibility. If your package goes missing or is stolen please contact Fedex with your tracking details ASAP. Please check tracking regularly to stay on top of this, in the unlikely case that this occurs. We do everything on our end to prevent this happening, including sending all parcels via Fedex's courier express service or New Zealand's Post standard courier service.
