Shipping & Returns Policy

 

New Zealand Shipping Information:

We charge a flat rate shipping cost of $10 per order in New Zealand for orders under $100. Orders over $100 receive free shipping.

All New Zealand orders are dispatched the following business day, and should be expected to be delivered within 1-3 days if the product is in stock at The Pole Boutique HQ. 

You will be automatically be emailed tracking details for your order once we have assigned a tracking number and it has been picked up and scanned by the courier.

Once your order has left our premises and is handed over to the courier, it is no longer our responsibility. If your package goes missing or is stolen please contact NZ post with your tracking details ASAP. Please check tracking regularly to stay on top of this, in the unlikely case that this occurs.

Please contact us asap after placing your order if you wish for your order to be sent with signature delivery - this upgrade is free of charge. Otherwise all domestic parcels are sent with non-signature delivery. 

International Orders:

These may take up to 10 days to fulfil. Once your order has left our premises and is handed over to the courier, it is no longer our responsibility. If your package goes missing or is stolen please contact Fedex or NZ Post with your tracking details ASAP. Please check tracking regularly to stay on top of this, in the unlikely case that this occurs. We do everything on our end to prevent this happening, including sending all parcels via Fedex's courier express service or New Zealand's Post standard courier service.

Returns:

We offer FREE NZ WIDE returns for full priced purchases!!!!

If you purchased an item during a sale, or an item that is already marked down no returns are eligible. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and hygiene seals in tack and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thepoleboutique.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label , as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International returns are always accepted however we cannot offer free returns on these items. The cost of your return is determined on a case by case basis.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can take all measures necessary to rectify the situation.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on items if the tags are removed and the items are no longer in an unworn condition. We do not accept returns on any pole grip products if the product has been unsealed and/or the original packaging of the product is damaged or removed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges 

We do not offer exchanges, however all returns that are accepted will be issued a gift card to the amount originally purchased minus any relevant shipping costs and this can be used to purchase the new item you wanted to exchange your return with. Unfortunately if you placed your order during a sale period and return that order, we will not be able to honour the sale on any new purchases if it has ended. 

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if the item arrived damaged, or we sent the wrong item. All other returns will be issued a store credit, with a 6 month expiry date to the full amount payed by the customer minus any relevant shipping charges.
